Adams is a city in Walsh County, North Dakota, United States. It is located in the northeast part of the state, approximately 70 miles west of Grand Forks. As of the 2010 census, the population of Adams was 127. The town has a total area of 0.19 square miles, all of which is land. Adams is situated along Highway 35 and is surrounded by farmland. The town has several small businesses, including a grocery store, a gas station, a bar, and a post office. Adams hosts an annual watermelon festival in late August, which includes a parade, music, and other activities. The surrounding area is popular for hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation.
